Issue Position

I believe in a woman's right to choose. Abortion is a very personal decision that should be left up to each individual woman. The government has no place in hindering access to abortion, or shaming those who choose to have one. Abortion must stay legal and protected in order for the procedure to be safe and done professionally. A woman's health choices are a private matter between herself and her physician. Politicians should support women in exercising their right to private health choices.
